The Titanium Finnex Heaters are corrosion-resistant, extending the life exponentially from saltwater damage. Virtually unbreakable, especially in comparison with the standard glass aquarium, these tube are built to last. The ultra heating titanium further provides a stable temperature environment for your aquarium lives and eliminates temperature swings that put stress on the aquarist's live stock. This titanium heaters are suited for both use in fresh and salt water aquarium. Will work well with other controllers accepting 3 prong heating elements.

Heat Small Swimming Pool

The heater works great to heat a 650 gallon kid's size swimming pool. After a few days the pool temperature was just over 90˚ (pool is indoors with pool cover). I can now use it intermitently to maintain the temperature. Impressive! I ordered a second one and will switch them every other day so that each heater is not on all of the time. The bleach/chlorine in the water has not corroded the heating element. I put a stainless steel colander in the bottom of the pool and lay the heater inside of it. I have not tried it, but I do not recommend attaching the heater directly to the bottom or the sides of the vinyl pool liner because it may burn or melt the vinyl. Also, no one is ever allowed in the pool with the heater in it!

Just reviewed the controller gave a 5 Star and this heater is awesome. Heats my 250 gallon hydro dipping tank to the max. One hour and is good to go. Cannot go wrong with this product. 5 Star for this heater. Awesome
